Commercial Warranty & EU Legal Guarantee
Yes. All Cybervelo e-bike models supplied in the EU are CE marked for the applicable requirements and supported by EU conformity documentation, including EN 15194 where applicable.
Cybervelo one-year commercial warranty
Cybervelo e-bikes include a one-year commercial manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects under the warranty conditions supplied with the product. Normal wear, misuse, unauthorised modification, accident damage, improper assembly, and maintenance not performed according to the manual are not covered by the commercial warranty.
EU two-year legal guarantee
The commercial warranty does not replace or restrict mandatory consumer rights. EU consumers have a minimum two-year legal guarantee from delivery when goods are faulty or do not conform to the contract. The seller must provide the required repair or replacement without charge, including necessary shipping. Where repair or replacement is impossible or not completed within a reasonable time, the consumer may be entitled to a price reduction or refund under applicable law.
Making a claim
Email sale-support@cybervelo.eu with your order number, model, serial number, a clear description, and useful photographs or video. Do not ship an e-bike or lithium battery until return or repair instructions have been supplied.
