We verify the order before you pay
This is Cybervelo’s standard payment procedure for online orders. E-bikes are high-value, specification-sensitive products, and delivery availability can vary by destination. A short order review lets us confirm current stock, the exact configuration, delivery coverage, and the final amount before any money is sent. It reduces avoidable payment corrections and gives both you and Cybervelo a written record of what was agreed.
How payment works
- Review your cart
Confirm every bike, option, accessory, quantity, and displayed subtotal.
- Add delivery details
Provide only the contact and address information needed to verify and fulfil the order.
- Choose a payment preference
Select bank transfer, Revolut, or cryptocurrency, then send the complete order by WhatsApp or email.
- Wait for verification
Cybervelo confirms stock, delivery, and the final total in writing before sending payment instructions.
- Pay and receive confirmation
Check the recipient and amount, complete payment, and keep the confirmation email for your records.

Only necessary information
We ask for your name, email, phone number, delivery address, order contents, and payment preference so we can verify and fulfil the order. Optional notes can be left blank. We do not ask for payment passwords, PINs, recovery phrases, one-time codes, or card security codes.
